5K Cross-country, hills and mud, barefoot or in minimalist shoes – NO trainers. Prizes, goodie bags, water. £2.00 for raffle tickets to win a treadmill. Toilets, parking, changing.

Does this race go through the stanmer woods? I run BF through there often and regularly see large amounts of broken glass and dog poo on the trail, needless to say i no longer run there because of the dog walkers.
