Race Description

A point-to-point flat, fast and scenic race in upstate New York. The course parallels the Mohawk then the Hudson Rivers, traveling over paved bike paths and historic city streets. The marathon starts in Schenectady and the half marathon starts in Cohoes. Both races finish together in downtown Albany, the State Capitol. Free bus transportation is provided for participants to the start of each race. The Race Expo and Packet Pickup is on Saturday, October 12 from 10 am to 6 pm. The expo features running apparel, health and fitness-related exhibitors.
