Long Duddon on 9 June 2012 at 11.15 from The Newfield Inn, Seathwaite LA20 6ED. 18 mile, 6000′ ascent fell race taking in Harter Fell, Hardknott, Little Stand, Three Shires, Swirl How, Dow Crag and Caw.
