Race Description
5 Day stage trail run, 220km (approx) over testing terrain along the Wild Coast in the Eastern Province of South Africa. Each day offers different challenges, many steep hills to climb, long sandy beaches and wide rivers to cross. A true Africa experience in a landscape that has remained unspoilt. This is an event for self sufficient, adventurous trail runners, there is no marked course and no support from start to finish each day. Accommodation at night is in coastal hotels, kit is transported to the hotels each day.
