Race Description
Run10K Southampton – part of the Cancer Research Run10K Autumn race series, which welcomes men as well as women.
Starting and finishing in Southampton Common, this is a one lap course which takes you out of the common and onto the Avenue. You will then come back into the common for a loop before heading to the finish. The route is mainly flat and on tarmac surface, providing an achievable yet satisfying challenge for all.
Please arrive an hour before the start of your Run 10k event. There will be a stretch and warm-up half an hour before your run.

can you tell me if there is going to be another 10km race on southampton common this year? If so whats the website? Thanks paul
If there is to be another 10KM race at this location, it likely won’t be a Run 10K by Cancer Research, as the charity discontinued the series for 2011.
However, there is this event (a 5K) taking place on 1 October that might be of interest?
