Race Description
This event is a unique 10k road race with a great atmosphere. The course is fast and flat, perfect for both beginners and seasoned runners striving for a personal best.
This year’s highlights include:
* A race pack complete with chip timer, running number and race guide.
* An aerobic warm up.
* Music and entertainment along the route.
* An array of prizes for individuals and teams.
* A Leeds Abbey Dash t-shirt given at the finish line.
* Complete race results listed here the next day.
Fundraising and sponsorship
Every penny raised from the Leeds Abbey Dash makes a real and lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable older people. This year, we’re aiming to raise £200,000 from the Dash to help isolated older people, that’s just under £35 in sponsorship from each runner taking part.
