The Mighty Middlesbrough 10k is a must for your running calendar and with an exciting new route is set to be another great event.

Run For All are extremely proud to have recently become hosts of this fantastic run (formerly known as the Tees Pride 10K).

Our first year was a massive success with thousands of runners hitting the streets of Middlesbrough and raising lots of money for great causes.
