Race Description

This years’ Bradford City Run will take place on Sunday 2nd October, a little earlier than previous years’. The half marathon, organised on behalf of Bradford City Council, is taking place for the third year in a row.

Following on from the success of last year’s event, where nearly 2000 runners took to the streets of Bradford, this year it will consist of a half-marathon along the same scenic route as 2010, as well as a fun run around Lister Park.

Starting in the historic city centre by the famous Alhambra Theatre, the 13.2 mile half marathon, on a fully-closed road circuit will then head out into the magnificent Brontё countryside before finishing in the award-winning Lister Park.

The fun run is set to take place entirely within Lister Park, which will also stage an extensive event village and entertainment.

Can you please send me a link so I can register for the race

    • Hi Darren,

I will try to get a link from the race organiser to list here, as this was not added by the person who submitted the race listing.

You could try emailing the race secretary (listed above under the “entry” tab). for more info in the mean time.

Hope you get entered for this – looks to be a good event in my native Yorkshire!
