Open race for both men & women. ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A GOODY BAG INC RACE T SHIRT. Race starts at the Richard Durning’s school, Bispham Green and goes over Parbold Hill via farmers’ fields, roads and muddy tracks before returning to the school 6.8 miles later. The winter duathlon series attracts a mixed field ranging from novices to elite athletes. The events are informal and the format includes a break between each of the disciplines.
