Race Description

A 7.5 mile trail run through the fields and lanes of Shapwick and Shapwick Nature Reserve. Slightly undulating, with largely downhill first half and uphill second half. Very rural and can be very muddy so off-road trainers recommended. Views of Glastonbury Tor and Mendip Hills. Hearty brunch, hot drinks and cakes served at finish for participants and supporters (in return for donations to Save the Children). To keep supporters occupied there will also be a children’s mini-race (10am) and a non-competitive 4 mile walk (from 9.30am).
