Race Description
Run10K Hylands Park – part of the Cancer Research Run10K Autumn Race Series, which welcomes men as well as women.
Starting in front of the beautiful Hylands House, this cross-country course follows a route that takes you around the House, alongside the lake and around the perimeter of stunning Hylands Park. The terrain is mainly grass and slightly uneven in places. The route is mainly flat with short sections of incline at 2.5k and 8.5k. This is a moderately challenging but achievable cross-country course for runners of all abilities.
Please arrive an hour before the start of your Run 10k event. There will be a stretch and warm-up half an hour before your run.
