How It Works

Runners checkout through our online race entries system and a notification is sent to you, the Race Organiser. When you need it, we will send through a full spreadsheet of all the participants who have signed up.

What’s Included

If you wish to use the online entry service through Race-Calendar.com, we will add the race to our listings, so you don’t have to, and we will also include a host of free promotion such as a Social Media Push to our 20,000+ fans as well as a press release written and distributed by Race-Calendar.com.

Pricing

Race-Calendar.com charges a Transaction Fee, which is the direct cost of processing payments online. A separate Processing Fee is charged for race entry services which vary depending on the size of the race, the needs of the Race Organisers and any special requests you might have, such as race numbers.

The team at Race-Calendar.com can also help you with a race website, if you need one. Just ask for a quote when you get in touch.
