Get jogging in aid of Sporting Light Appeal with our 5K fun run. Join us at scenic Fritton Lake on Sunday 4th May for the event, hosted by Active Outdoor Sport.

With four different races to choose from (Adult Elite, Adult Mass Participation, Kids 11-15 & Under 10s) the run caters for all ages and abilities.

Whether you want to stay active, go for gold or just jog with friends & family, the Fritton 5K Run has something for everybody – all whilst raising valuable funds for the Sporting Light Appeal. Located between Beccles and Great Yarmouth, the run route takes in spectacular views of Fritton Lake and surrounding countryside.

With additional competitions and refreshments, it promises to be a great day out. Register for the run today and help the Sporting Light Appeal raise funds for the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, who use sport to improve the quality of life for those who need it most in Norfolk.
