Race Description

City to the Sea 1/2 Marathon is a point to point run beginning in downtown San Luis and finishing at Pismo Beach. The course runs slightly downhill for 4.5 miles before beginning a series of rolling hills, at different grades, along country roads from miles 7-10. The last 2 miles of running you are met with gorgeous views of the pacific ocean. City to the Sea 5k course is changing in 2012! It is now an out and back to beautiful Pismo with spectacular views of the ocean.
What you get: Free burrito breakfast…Coffee mugs to the first 100 finishers across the finish line. Cash awards to the top 3 overall finishers, men and women, in the half marathon. Gifts to top 3 overall finishers, men and women, in the 5k. AWARDS MEDAL to all Half Marathon finishers. Overall age group winners, men & women, will recieve a personalized certificate in the mail. Age groups TBD.
