Duathlon: 10km Run, 18km Bike, 5km Run £46
Relay Duathlon: 10km Run, 18km Bike, 5km Run £58

Located in Frimley, Surrey this hard, painful, no frills race comprising of either an off road run or an off road duathlon. It’s rough, tough and dirty…

The ASICS Off Road Race Series focuses on fun, pain, and dirt and the army training ground at Frimley certainly will not disappoint.

The off road 12km run will take you over rocky, dirty terrain to ensure a tough and heart pounding race.

The duathlon event consists of a hard two lap 10km off road run loop, followed by a gruelling 3 lap mountain bike circuit, consisting of 4 long, steep hills that the Army’s tank force struggle to take on! The end of the Duathlon takes in a much easier 5km run, which will give the muscles a chance to power through to the finish line.

This series is not for the faint hearted and each race will test the individual’s strength, stamina and ability. The emphasis is on setting yourself a challenge to survive, and complete the course.
